I guarantee not to make any intentional
misrepresentation or fail to describe product defects on used merchandise. New
or refurbished merchandise is usually covered under the manufacturers
warranty and I will provide you with proof of purchase should you
ever need it.
Guarantee on New Merchandise
On many new items I can now offer a Money Back
Guarantee. Please see
each auction to see and understand how this Guarantee applies to the
item you are bidding on. If you have any questions about this guarantee
email me.
On most new items the merchandise may have a manufacturers warranty
and I will try to include that information in those auctions
or include a link to the manufacturers web site where you can obtain
further information.
If you have a service issue on a new item, you should
follow the manufacturer's instructions to obtain warranty service.
I will not be held responsible for any service problems if the item is
under manufacturers guarantees or warranties, but will gladly help you
get the service you need from them.
In the event of damage during shipping you
will be responsible as we take every effort to pack, ship and label
(Fragile, Do Not Crush, etc) all the parcels going out the door. Although
the USPS and UPS do offer insurance, they often will give you a
hard time in trying to collect on a damage claim so if you are worried
about a bulb that might come in broken or other fragile item that might
have damage, consider the Pay Pal Guarantee.
I feel this Pay Pal insurance is the best against
breakage or if you are not sure you want the item. their insurance
is a no questions asked
guarantee and I believe they will even refund S&H fees as well. We
have been fortunate not to have any damage to speak of in over 6,000
auctions, but it can happen. It is all in the numbers and based on
our record of shipments, most of our customers don't bother to insure,
but we do want you to have that option and know your choices and obligations.
We will do everything possible to help you in the event of a problem,
but once again we are not responsible for the shippers mishandling
of your item, please understand this. It is hard to determine if the
damage happened in shipping or simply the buyers abuse or mishandling
of the item, so this policy must be used and will be in place as stated.
Once the allotted time period for the Money Back Guarantee period
ends, we cannot accept any returns, for any reason, sorry. Remember,
all service issues must be directed to the manufacturer for appropriate
action or to the shipper or Pay Pal if you have taken their optional
insurance.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a NEW Item that has
our
Money Back Guarantee or find the item to be defective,
please contact me immediately to
obtain a Return Authorization or for me to aid you in getting service
from the manufacturer (I will be happy to help you). This must be done
in the time limit specified in that auction. Shipping and Handling
is not refundable on a return unless we shipped you the wrong item.
This is a policy that most mail order or internet retailers adhere
to as we do.
Any returns not agreed to, will be refused at the door and the shipper
will return it to you. If you are buying used merchandise please
expect it to show the signs of its age, unless I note otherwise. It
is possible for example that a ni-cad battery will have a shorter life
then a new one, it is impossible for me to determine these things on
older items. I will do the best I can in describing condition accurately,
but the ultimate responsibility is yours. Any questions about this email

You must return the item in the condition it was shipped, including
all accessories, instructions, product boxes, etc. In most cases our
normal guarantee on new merchandise will be three (3) days; no other
guarantees or warranties (for usability, etc.) are stated or implied.
I am not liable for incidental or consequential damages or claims.
There may be a 15% restocking fee if the item is not returned as it
was shipped to you, this will be at our option based on the item and
the condition when we receive it.
Refunds will be made after eBay has been notified that you have returned
the item for a refund and they have issued the credit for the fees
they have charged us on the sale. This only takes
a day or so and in order to speed the process you must respond to
their email request and confirm that the item has been returned for
a refund quickly. At that time we will make the necessary refund less
your original shipping and handling fees (which are not refundable).
We do not charge a restocking fee (except in certain situations stated
above) as some companies and sellers do, but cannot refund shipping
on returns, please understand and abide by this policy.
Pay Pals Optional Guarantee
Pay Pal now offers optional buyer guarantees at a
small additional cost to the buyer. If in doubt about an item, used
or new, this is a great option. You will deal with Pay Pal directly,
send the item back to them and they will make a refund directly to
you. You won't have to deal with the seller at all. It is fast, easy
and the cost is not exorbitant.

When you make a payment on the Pay Pal website, you
can now buy a Money Back Guarantee to protect your purchase of physical
goods on selected transactions. If you purchase the Money Back Guarantee,

you file a complete reimbursement request within 30 days of payment.
This program will only be offered for tangible goods

Any
items not covered under my Money Back Guarantee or
Pay Pals Guarantees,
will not receive a cash back refund except under certain situations
described elsewhere in our Terms. Due to the costs incurred for eBay
insertion fees, commission's, credit card fees, etc. and in some cases
very low profits or in other cases no profits on some auctions, I cannot
make these refunds, unless of course I sent you the wrong item. If this
happened, I will refund your entire payment and will also pay for the
shipping both ways, if you want to return the item.
Please understand this is an auction and as such you buy an item As IS
in a Final Sale. I am not a department store working on a huge profit
margin. I cannot afford to offer refunds because you had "Buyers
Regret",
or you think you might have bid too much for it and now want an excuse
to return it.
Read my auction ad carefully, look at all the photos I supply of the item,
understand my Terms and Conditions and before you bid, should
you have "ANY" questions email me so you are perfectly clear
on what you are bidding for.
Here is a typical example of what might go wrong on an auction. You bid
on a camera lens that is made for a Nikon camera. You win it and find
out it doesn't fit your model camera. You now ask me to take the lens
back and want a refund. Unfortunately I must refuse to do so as the error
was yours and not my fault. You
may email with your questions before bidding on the item. I will do my
best to give you the correct information, but will not be held responsible
if I make an error in this regard. You must do your own research before
bidding and make sure this is the right item and it will fit your camera.
The responsibility is ultimately yours in this regard. Do a web search
with your camera name and model. You will come up with a number of links
and then be able to determine if the item I have is what you require.
It is easy and it is what I usually do before answering any questions
from a bidder. THIS POLICY
